The National Eating Disorder Information Centre

The National Eating Disorder Information Centre (NEDIC) is a Canadian, non-profit organization, established in 1985 to provide information and resources on eating disorders and weight preoccupation. Their goal is to promote healthy lifestyles that allow people to be fully engaged in their lives.

Body Image Coalition of Peel

The Body Image Coalition of Peel was initiated in February 1993 in response to the pressing community need for the prevention and treatment of eating disorders, and for the education and support of people at risk of developing eating disorders. We are a non-profit organization serving the Region of Peel, comprised of the communities of Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga in Ontario, Canada (near Toronto).
