Are you ready to explore the possibility of change? If so, we can help you discover where you are on your Journey of Recovery. This "Stages of Recovery" presentation will help you explore the changes you are seeking, in a safe and confidential setting. We'll discuss developing a "Circle of Care" as well as the costs and benefits of changing eating disorder behaviors. We will also help you identify barriers and explore healthy coping strategies.
Michelle, a member of the Faces of Recovery campaign, Occupational Therapist, and art program coordinator, invites you to join in an informal conversation to speak about recovery and discuss questions concerning emotional, social, mental, spiritual and physical health and wellness in the recovery process in our comfortable and beautiful art gallery / living room.
Participation is voluntary; you are more than welcome to be present just to listen and may leave at any time.
All are welcome, feel free to attend with a supporter.
